Rooms
Guest rooms include king or large double with two queen size beds. All rooms have a sitting area with table and chairs. The rooms are bright and clean with contemporary furnishings, telephone, air conditioning, cable TV with free HBO/ESPN, and bathroom. All rooms have interior corridor access. Cribs, if needed, are available at no charge.
The king room accommodates 1 to 2 people, with one king size bed.
The double room accommodates up to 4 people, with two queen size beds.

Accessibility/ADA
The Roosevelt Inn is committed to accommodating the needs of all of its guests. However, because the Inn was constructed in 1960, many years before the enactment of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), it does not have (nor is it required to have) ADA accessible guest rooms. In addition, the main entrance to the Hotel is not wheelchair accessible and may not be accessible to guests with other mobility impairments. While there may be certain service entrances that could accommodate wheelchairs, the paths of travel from those entrances both to guest check-in and most of the guest rooms include steps, and there are no other alternatives to access these rooms and areas. The doors to the guest rooms are 30 inches wide, however the doors to the toilet rooms and bath/shower rooms in such guest rooms are narrower than the ADA requires.
